In addition to registration, students are required to upload a copy of their latest physical examination. Physicals are valid for a period of 13 months. Therefore, it is vital that athletes ensure their physical is current before attempting to register. If a student does not possess an up-to-date physical, they will be ineligible to try out for a team. To facilitate this process, our athletic trainer, Amanda Randall, will verify registrations and confirm athletes' eligibility based on their health records. Should there be any issues with uploading a physical during registration, students can directly email Amanda a copy of their physical at amanda.randall@leominsterps.org.
